the hurt we feel

knows the cause
of our pain
and suffering

virtuous practice
free from doubt
constant and consistent
within oneself
Searching out
the profound
and recondite
meaning of life
urge reciprocity
cultivate reality
return to pristine
purity and simplicity
nurish body and mind
combine energy
with vitality
bring order to your spirit
Being flexible
not being influenced
by petty people
even in their midst
clear minded in oneself
using the things
of the world
to cultivate
inner principles
skillfully returning
to the beginning
one knows by learning
and keenly carries this out
proceeding in an orderly manner
acting on what is fundamentaly inherent
one attains without thought
hits the mark without striving
knowing this practice from birth
one is spontaniously free from regret
flexible receptivity is in proper balance
worry is the thief of the judge and the victim

Some say we do not choose
the ones we love
that love chooses us
chance encounters or
hopeful cyber greeting
great and romantic loves
that transcend space and time
there is nothing like that
immediate sense of recognition
